With so many crews and so many kilometres (yes we are Canadian and use the metric system) in our river valley* – we have series that get you out exploring our city, meeting new runners and building sweat equity in our city.
Not all of these series are about PBs – although we are aware runners tend to be a little on the competitive side. Some are about the run community and bringing awareness to issues in our city. Our ask is that you sign up and get out of it what you put in – whatever that looks like.
